Thanks for your post! Our 32-012 Rear Drawer Track Socket Pair is not an exact match for these sockets but I do believe this can work for your repairs. Take a look of the dimensions shown below and compare them to see if they are compatible with the existing drawer slides.

Since the original sockets do not appear to install to the back of the cabinet wall using screws, there is a strong likelihood you'll need to drill new holes to complete the installation.
