Trueguard mounted awing operator help

A quick learner from New Mexico says:
1. the first upstairs bedroom crank won't work to move window in or out. Gears stripped. Need order number as none on arm.

2. The upstairs bath pictures (1 and 2) the arm pin will not lock into the operator and the handle gears are stripped. Need the order number as none on arm.

It sounds like you need a new operator for both windows, and looking at your photos they appear to be the same type. See our 39-031 and 39-032 to start. Carefully review the dimensions we show for these products and let me know if they differ in any way.
