I need the pivot arms that mount to the sash, top and bottom. I sent extra photos to help with the identification.

Looks like you need a new hinge assembly. We don't sell this exact design, but if the base track is the same size at 10" then you may be able to use our 36-048 as an alternative. Just make sure that you replace the top and bottom at the same time; you never want to mix old and new hinges.

I have a different style of operator. I will send another photo. My operator doesn't have the roller that rides in the track.

That's fine, the style of the operator doesn't really matter. The 36-048 works on a huge variety of casement windows that use all kinds of different operators.
