Truth 14D102 Casement

Question

I have a Hurd Casement window with a Truth 14D102 window crank that does not work.  The short are is 4 3/8" long from center of pin to center of pin.  The long arm is about 7 1/2" long.  It should be white but I would use any color.  I have one left hand and one right hand.

Thanks for your post! This window operator appears to be a match for the 39-220B Encore Dyad Sill Mount Operator. The cover does not appear to be removeable on the original, so you'll need either 39-376 or 39-452. To determine if this is the correct replacement, carefully review and compare the dimensions.
