Truth 30145 Casement Window mechanism

Question

Hi, I'm looking for a replacment for this part. Do you have anything like this. There are 2 arms attached to the control part and a separate 3rd arm that goes from the window to the house. Everything works except the crank auger keeps coming out of the cylinder. I have reshaped the cylinder end to hold the auger, but it only lasts for a short time before failing. Thank you very much for any assistance.
