Truth 30744 Casement Window Hinge

Hello Swisco,

We need to replace the top and bottom hinges on one side of our twin kitchen casement window. If you are inside the kitchen the window is on the left hand side. The attached photos are from the right hand side casement window which is working fine. Please advise the part numbers needed. Thank you very much.
