Question

I am working with a client to replace 3 window left operators. All are truth, see picture, and all of the three have failed in the same way. Let me know if any additional details are need so I can order replacements.

The assembly shown in your photo resembles the 39-031 EntryGard operator. We also offer the 39-032 opposite-handed version. Take a look and compare the dimensions below to yours, paying close attention to the length of the shorter link arm. Thank you!
