I am looking to replace 7 Truth Split Arm Casement Window Operator Dyad 5'' ARM (Truth Hardware 23.461.02) in Aluminum. Do you carry these and at what price? thanks.

We do carry these parts, yes. See our 39-187 and 39-188. The only issue is that they don't come in the aluminum finish you show here. You can see a detailed price breakdown on their store pages.
