I would like to replace the top and bottom hinges for a heavy wood casement window sash. I think the compatible part that you carry is 36-048. A couple of questions:
Are these different for left and right handed openings? Is my window in the picture left-handed? What is the correct part number?
Do I have to use this part or do you have any other that the maybe is an upgrade, adjustable, easier to operate, easier to install, etc.?
The sash is really heavy and quite hard to re-attach as the plastic parts freely rotate/easily break.
