This looks a little like our 39-171 and 39-172 Dyad Operators. Please compare the dimensions and see if you think these match up. If your old stud brackets are undamaged you can reuse them; otherwise see if the 39-545 or 39-546 match up. For new hinge sets, see if the dimensions of our 36-004-10 match up.
