Hi, I am looking for the 'Right Hand' swing arm that has the name 'Truth' and the number '30905' written on it.

Please let me know if you carry this part. Thanks!

Hey Visty. This looks a lot like the 39-171 Split-Arm Operator. Please compare with the dimensions below and let me know if this matches what you need. Let me know if anything differs. For a new handle, see the 39-114L sold separately.

Hi Bob,

Thank you for your speedy response to my request for a window crank operating mechanism. I will measure and check the exact dimensions this weekend of what you sent and the original mechanism and let you know.

The problem that I see with my existing mechanism is one of the parts that should be sliding in a grooved area is out making the entire window tilt out dangerously. I was thinking of taking out the entire mechanism and checking it against the good window to see where the problem is.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks again for your response!

That sounds to me like it could be an issue with the hinge. If these are broken, it would lead to your window tilting. I definitely recommend taking the sash down so you can examine them more closely for any signs of damage. If so, replacements are in order.

The video below will go into more detail as to how these work. Looking at your photos above, I think our 36-048 would be a favorable replacement option as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time.
