Truth 31858 Casement windows operator ?

Question

hello!Need help identifying replacement casement operators.  When rolling window crank handle, it spin but won&rsquo;t open.  Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for your post! The 39-220B Encore Dyad Sill Mount Operator seems to be a match for your operator. Carefully look over the specifications and compare them to confirm.

It does not appear your cover can be removed so you'll need the 39-376 (folding) or 39-452 cover and handle kits as well. The opposite versions of these parts can be found below.
