Thanks for posting! Your window operator appears to be an older, discontinued version of the 39-172 Truth Hardware Dyad Operator. You'll need the 39-545 Truth Snap-Stud Bracket to replace the existing bracket. The opposite handed versions of these part can be found below.

Both operators are compatible with either the 39-114L or 39-205 (folding) handles.
