Hello,
It appears I have the Truth Hardware 38-376 on 6 casement windows. I have lost a set screw for one handle. I wanted to see if I'm able to purchase a set screw for one of these handles.

Your operator cover does resemble the 39-376 and should be a good match as long as the dimensions align to your original. Unfortunately the set screw is not sold individually. I apologize for the inconvenience. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
