I was looking at the Swisco product code 39-312 but I also need the slide shoe that goes in the tract as one of them is missing. I could not tell from the picture if this slider shoe is included.
If not can a part # for this be identified

Hello! The 39-312 does come with its sliders included, but this is a different style operator compared to what I see in your photos. I don't think that's the product you want.

Instead, see our 39-348 awning operator and 36-078 shoe stud (sold separately). These are very similar to what you have in your window now and I think they will work well as replacements.
