Thanks for reaching out! I confident we can supply a replacement for this balance. Although, I'd just like to double check the length of the arm. When measuring, did you start in the center of the gear, on the operator base? This will affect the recommendation we can make.

Thanks for confirming. We cannot supply an operator with an 11" arm but the 39-028E Ellipse Style Single Arm Operator should be suitable for the repair. The opposite version can be found tagged below, along with the compatible hardware and accessories.
You may need to reposition the track, on the window sash, to accommodate for the difference in the length. The window just may not open as far as it currently does.
