Take a look at our 39-031 operator to start out with and let me know how closely this matches your current hardware. Make sure all the dimensions are the same.

39-031 fit perfectly, fast shipping and a reasonable total cost. Your videos sure showed exactly what to do.
Believe we will be back as this unit seems be on all our 17 casement windows. Your product even looks better.
Dimensions were/are 10 1/2 long arm, 4 7/16 short arm.
