You'll need the 39-253LB and 39-253RB to replace your operators. The covers on the one you have does not appear to be removable, so you'll also need to purchase one of the cover and handle kits, tagged below.

The compatible track slider is the 39-529, which fits on the pin at the end of the arm. It slides in the 39-528 track.
