I am trying to find this replacement. It has an extra part I can't find anywhere else. Little arm with a black plastic part that slides along one shaft - See pic

Hello,

Your hinge resembles our 36-048 assembly but it looks like the extra arm that splits off of the hinge might be a type of sash limiter. You may be able to reuse the part on a new hinge. If not, you could also consider the 39-398 sash stop. Take a look at the related videos and thanks for posting!
