Truth 45301 awning operator

Entering part #45301 in your websites search engine identifes the correct design but the wrong size. Wheras the 12" dimension in your photo is much smaller than the broken part in the same position. My crank assembly measures 25.5 inches. Do you have this part available? Is there a phone number I can call? I need white.
