Thanks for your post! The issue with the window may likely be because the widow operator is stripped. However, if the operator is still working, you may need to consider replacing the hinges. 

The operator can be replaced with the 39-221B Encore Dyad Sill Mount Operator. The opposite version is the 39-220B. Carefully review the specifications below to determine if this is the right replacement.

Your cover does not appear to be removable so you'll also need to purchase the 39-375 (folding) or 39-451 cover and handle kits. The covers for the 39-220B can be found tagged below.
