Truth Awning Operator

Question

I am looking for a replacement Truth Awning Operator as shown in the above photos. The arms are stamped Truth with a stamp on the left arm viewed from inside as 40011 and the right arm of 40012. The arms are approximately 11 inches long. The strip attached to the window that the arms attach to is 27 inches long. When fully open, the window is opening is approximately 10 inches. Unlike your catalog photos, my operator is screwed into the bottom of the window frame.I believe  it is possible to mount the new operator to the window trim with the 4 screw holes as shown in your photos. What replacement part do you recommend?
