Truth Awning crank and mechanism

Try to locate this truth awning type of mechanism and crank handle. Searched for numbers on the arm but could only locate patent number 3457675 and casting number 45002 underneath sill mount

This looks similar to our 39-348, but I'm not sure how the sizes compare. The 39-348 has a "wingspan" of 24". Does this match yours? If so, then I think it could work.
