Truth Casement Operator

Question

I am needing to replace the crank operators for casement windows - there is no markings showing the brand. This one was manufactured 02-02-01.

1) How do I open/remove the cover - in photos it is white pained metal. Underneath, there are two round metal connectors of some type - not allen wrench - the holes are round.

2) What is replacement part?

Your awning operator resembles the 39-239B shown below as long as the dimensions match up to yours. This assembly is used with the 39-536 pivot slide, 39-558 detach clip, and 39-556 track. The cover is not generally removable for older versions of this operator like yours but we also offer the 39-375 handle with cover for the 39-239B.
