Truth Casement Window Hinge

Hi: I need to replace the hinge on a window that I can't open until ready to repair because it will not close again due to broken hinge. Attached is a picture of the hinge on another window except the broken hinge opens the other way (opens on left side of window and swings to the right). The rail on bottom appears to be about 10 inches long. I can't see any numbers or markings other than it is the TRUTH brand.
