Truth Casement Window Operator

Question

The only numbers I can locate on it are: 041007 0019M I have also attached a picture of the operator. It is a casement window that opens to the outside and the dimensions of the window are 29.250X20.750. The operator is seated in the middle of the sash.

Thanks for posting! This casement window operator looks like it could be the 39-433C Encore Narrow Awning Operator. It may attach to the bottom of the window sash using the 39-433B bracket.
