Truth Casement Window weatherstripping

I am enclosing a photo of a piece of the weatherstripping I need to replace around 2 casement windows. The entire piece is only 1/2" wide. there are no identifying markers on the entire strip.
I hope you can help...this has been a real challenge. I would appreciate any suggestions you can offer.
