A quick learner from Portland oregon says:
Hello! I need the operator / arm/ gear and the locking mechanism. There is another part to the locking mechanism that is a metal bar almost 27" long. I reached photo limit Thanks for any suggestions.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your operator appears to be a match for our 39-333. This is an egress operator made by Truth. Review its specs and see how well they match up.

I'm not sure about the lock. Would it be possible to see a clearer photo of the locking arm?

As for the bar, that sounds like the tie bar. Seeing a photo of that would also be helpful. I specifically need to see how many lock points it has. They'll look like little rollers.

A quick learner from Portland oregon says:
Thank you! Here are more photos of locking mechanism.

Thank you! That's a huge help. I think this tie bar is a match for our 38-954. This is 26.9" long and has two interlock rollers and one lock drive point, which seems to be the case for your part as well. Look it over and see what you think!

Thank you. That looks like a match. Do you carry the other part of the lock? E.g. the part that ties into this bar

Sure, that's the lock itself. It resembles our 38-092. We also sell the 38-091 for the opposite side.

A quick learner from Portland oregon says:
This was the correct part. Is there any way to adjust this operator to correct the sagging of the sash? the window still seems to have difficulty closing, and I believe it is because of sagging opposite the hinge side.

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Operators do not generally need to be adjusted but the problem could be with the hinges if replacing the operator didn't correct the problem. Take a look at the 36-048 hinge set and 75-034 adjusting wrench to see if these parts could correct the problem.

A quick learner from Portland oregon says:
I'm a slow learner! I meant hinge not operator.! I don't see anywhere in the hinge where you can use a wrench to adjust as per the video. Is this particular hinge different?

Casey from SWISCO responded:

I can't be sure based on your photos but there should be a piece under the arm that attaches to the hinge base that you could adjust using the 75-034

If not, you could also consider using new 36-048 hinges as long as the 10" base matches yours. Please note that you would need to replace both the top and bottom hinges.
