Truth Crank window parts replacement

Home Owner from Atlanta, GA
Need to identify the photographed part to see if there is a replacement available. from Truth. It is the crank apparatus for an old window. The came off and likely stripped out of the crank after trying to close the window.

We can definitely get you a new operator to replace this, but I need to see a clear picture of the whole mechanism out of the window. Let me know when you can get that for me!

Tom - I will see if our painters know how to remove the apparatus from the window and then send you a better photo

Tom -- Please see the attached. I opened the other window that unfolds in the opposite orientation right to left versus the first picture that shows the apparatus opens the window from left to right. The attached pictures are from the left window looking outside where the Truth crank hardware still works well. I believe the gear that syncs with the handle may be stripped on the right window (original photos).

I also took a photo (IMG-3176.jpg) that shows a ruler to give you some idea as to the size of the bracket where the swinging arm connects to the window. I believe it is just over 11" long...

These photos are a huge help, thank you so much for being thorough. I feel very confident that our 39-031 and 39-032 operators are what you want. However, you should review the dimensions we show for these products just to be 100% sure. They should match up but better to be safe than sorry.

If you also needed a cover and handle, see our 39-107 and 39-114L respectively.

Dear Tom -- Many thanks for the quick response... I will see if my painters can remove the wood over the closure as shown in the YouTube repair video and will send in an order soon!
