Your dyad operator reminds me of the 39-187 Sash Dyad Crank, the opposite version is the 39-188. There are a few different stud brackets that can be used with these operators but none are similar to what you have.

May I see a photo of how this bracket attaches to the window sash?

Thanks for the additional photos. I'm sorry to say we cannot recommend a replacement for this mounting bracket. If it is absolutely necessary for the installation, you'll need to reuse the existing pair.

The stud bracket is the piece that attaches the link arm of the operator to the bottom of the swinging window sash.
