Truth Entry-Gard 20810

We have two windows that use the Truth Entry-Gard 20810 system. The handle and enclosure are loose, and turning the handle generally just spins, without consistently driving the arm. I am not sure what parts I need to make the functional again. Any advice would be appreciated!

Hello,

Since your worm gear broke off of your operator, you'll need to replace the entire assembly. Your photos resemble our EntryGard 39-031 and 39-032 but you'll need to confirm that the dimensions on our product pages match up to yours. Thanks for posting!

Yes, these EntryGard operators use the 39-107FK folding handle and cover.
