Hi,
Looking to replace these Truth Entry Guard 40471 window openers with slides since rollers are worn.
Would also like handles that will fit Mortise Lock, square face, 3-11/16" item number 82-223. Additionally need the inside latch for this lock- you previously sent lock above, but no latch.

Hello, Take a look and compare the dimensions of the 39-031 and 39-032 operators to your assembly, paying close attention to the length of the shorter link arm. As for your handle set, unfortunately, knowing the mortise lock that your door uses does not confirm which handle set would be the correct fit. If you could show us photos of the original handle set and confirm the distance between the mounting hole centers, we'd be happy to recommend a replacement. Also, I'm not sure what latch you're looking for to go with the mortise lock that you purchased. If you're referring to the keeper that the hook attaches to in the door jamb, the 82-223 would be compatible with the 89-020, 89-021, or 89-021D depending on which matches the specifications of the original keeper.
