Truth Entry Guard Arm

Question

I ordered 4 #39-032 entry Gard Dual Arm Operators to replace 4 Truth Entry Guard Operators #R30842. Please see attached picture with old R30842 on window and new 39-032 beside it. What part should I have ordered or what am I doing wrong?

Hello,

The 39-031 and 39-032 operators have a downward offset in the shorter link arm, while yours appears to have an upward offset. We see this from time to time but as long as the dimensions match up, our operators should still work for you. Just note that you may need to manipulate the shorter link arm to attach it to the bracket since the offset is different. If you notice any other discrepancies, just let us know and we can go from there. Thank you!
