Contractor from Seattle
Looking for the connector part(s) that mate the crank to the sill hardware.

Thank you!

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to say that you won't be able to replace the worm gear from the operator alone. This typically happens when the gears in the operator are stripped and indicates that the damage to the operator is irreparable. With that said, you will need to replace the entire crank operator.

I'm happy to recommend a replacement for your existing hardware. I'll just need to see a photo of the entire operator, preferably removed from the window. I am specifically looking to see the entire body of the operator as well as the arm(s) and how the operator connects to the bottom of the swinging sash (window).

Please let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.

Thank you for the info. This is the best I can do on the photo right now. I don't want to demo until we have the right parts.

Thanks for the photos. Your operator resembles our 39-032 Truth Dual-Arm Operator (the opposite handed version is part 39-031). These operators are compatible with the 39-107 cover along with the 39-114 non-folding handle, like the one you have.

There is also the more updated version of the non-folding handle, part 39-114L or the folding crank handle, part 39-205. Another option would be the 39-107FK , which is a folding crank and handle kit.

Compare the dimensions from your existing operator to those shown on the diagram below.
