Truth EntryGard 20810 operator - need replacement identification

Quick Learner from Cincinnati, Ohio
Hi,
I’m trying to identify the correct replacement hardware for this casement window. The existing operator is marked Truth EntryGard, and one of the arms is stamped 20810.
The crank stopped working and the crank/worm-gear shaft pulled completely out of the operator. Several broken retaining/bushing pieces also came out, which are shown in the attached photos.
I’ve attached photos showing the operator arms and markings, the 20810 stamp, the failed shaft, and the broken pieces.
Could you please identify the correct replacement operator, including the proper handing? If you need any specific arm or mounting measurements to confirm the part, please let me know what to measure.
Thank you!

Hey there. Looks like you have the 39-031 and 39-032 Dual-Arm Operators. Handing is determined by what side of the handle the gears the arms are attached to are placed. You'll need to remove your old cover to see which orientation you have. For handles and new covers, see the 39-114L and 39-107.
