Question

Note, the hinge is on top of this window.One arm number says 20810.  Another arm says EntryGard TruthThank you (in advance) for your help identifying the model of this Truth window opener that I need to replace.  The arms look fine, but the operator seems to be stripped.  My guess is that this is an EntryGard single-arm operator, but I see multiple arms in there (and this window is rotated so the hinge is on top), so I just need some confidence that I can get the right replacement part(s).If I replace the operator, is it best to also replace the arms?

Hello there. This looks like the 39-031 EntryGard Dual-Arm Operator to me. Please compare to be safe. These operator assemblies come with the arms attached--essentially you'll replace the whole thing. For new covers and handles, see the 39-114L and 39-107 sold separately. Let me know if you have questions.
