Hi, I just purchased the Subject part and thought I had the right one. All the measurements were spot on. But I overlooked that this has a downward offset. I realized I'm looking for one with the same measurements, but with an UPWARD offset. Do you carry them? If so I will need to exchange the one I ordered. Thanks!

Hello,
I agree that the 39-031 that you purchased would be our best match for the operator shown in your photos. We do not carry a version of the link arm with an upward offset but you should still be able to install the operator that you purchase. Try using needlenose pliers to give you extra leverage to manipulate the link arm into position to attach it to the sash bracket. Thanks for posting!

Thanks for the suggestion. I was initially going to try that, but decided to ask if you had the direct replacement before doing so. Hopefully it works...wish me luck!
