Need left hand (viewed from outside) sash hinges - pretty sure these are 10" 2-bar but want to verify. they say Truth EntryGard on them. Your P/N 36-048? I want to replace both upper and lower. Please confirm... one source says a lipped casement window requires a 4-bar but doesn't look the same as these hinges?
