Truth EntryGuard casement window operators

Question

These are double arm operators. The numbers on the arms are 31538A and 20810. On the base, the number is 45273, and there is also a number 12.
The cover is rectangle, 5" and the handle is 4".

If you have there or equivalent, I will purchase four sets including the handle and the double arm.

Your operator resembles the EntryGard 39-031, but the dimensions below would be the determining factor. See the 39-032 opposite-handed version. We also offer the 39-107FK handle and cover kit, which measures 5-1/2" wide as shown below. Thanks for posting!
