Hi All,
Attached please find a picture of my Truth Entrygard Operator 20810 assembly. Note that it is missing the plastic bearing at the end of the armature. Is this part available for replacement or do I need to replace the entire assmebly.
Additionally, I would like to replace the handle and cover with a Truth Folding Handle with Cover Product Code: 39-376. Is this handle compatible and will it cover the current opening in the wood trim?

Hello,
Your operator resembles either the Caradco or EntryGard operators we've related on this page for you to review. The determining factor would be the length of the shorter link arm. Unforutnately, the roller at the end of the long arm is not available separately.
Also, please note that the 39-376 would not be compatible with this type of operator since the spline for the handle is mounted in the center of the base. With that being said, we do offer the 39-107FK that is compatible with both the EntryGard and Caradco operators that we mentioned. Take a look and thanks for posting!
