Thanks for posting. This looks like our 39-032 Dual Arm Operator (its opposite-handed version is the 39-031). See the diagram below, and let me know if any dimensions differ from your old operator. For a new handle and cover, see the 39-114L and 39-107 sold separately.

Thanks for clarifying. I'm afraid these photos don't really show me anything new. If the issue is that there's a difference in size, you will need to write that size out for me to review so that I can find you a better match. Please let me know if that's possible and we can work from there.
