Question

Hi. I'm trying to repair an operator in an upstairs window that appears to be missing one guide arm. I have attached a picture of this operator and also a matching reference from a functional downstairs operator. I can send a followup email with dimensions if necessary after I find my tape measure. Wondering if we can find the individual part or a whole new operator for me to purloin / Frankenstein.

Hello,

The arm circled in your photo is actually part of the hinge assembly. The missing arm is not available separately but take a look at the 36-048 hinge set with a 10" base. We'll also include the installation video below to assist you. Thanks for posting!
