The replacement cover, 39-107FK is loose and moves when the handle is turned. Is there a way to secure it or should I continue to use the 39-107 covers and purchase the 39-205 crank handle?

The 39-107FK has two points on the bottom of the cover that should lock on the bottom the operator to keep it secured. It's possible they broke off during installation. Another explanation is that the inside sill trim cover might not be lining up correctly to accept the 39-107FK cover. Review these two points and let me know what you think.

The points did not break off the problem was with the arm mechanism. It was loose.

Could you be more specific? I'm worried that you may have a problem with the operator itself, in which case replacing the cover and handle will not solve your problem. If the spline is loose and the worm gear comes out when you remove the handle, then the entire operator will have to be replaced.

That could mean a lot. I'm afraid I don't know what your problem is. Can you take a few pictures of the issue? That will clear things up right away and we can work on a good solution. Thanks!
