Truth Folding Handle Spline Diameter

Hi I've got Milgard vinyl casement windows (@16 yrs old). I want to replace the standard fixed handles with folding to accommodate blinds. Is your 39-205 the correct replacement for what I think are Truth 11329? The Truth website gives a 5/16" spline while yours states 11/32" - a 1/32" difference. (FYI, my handle only has the identifier of 45240-6 on the backside, but it looks and matches all measurements for the 11329.)
