My condo is about 30 years old. I need to replace this hardware. I cannot open some of my windows. Hope you can help me. Thanks

When this worm gear comes out like you show in the picture, it means it cannot be repaired or replaced. You'll need a new operator. Could you please upload a photo showing the entire mechanism uninstalled?

I think this is the correct part. Can you tell me if it is made of plastic or metal? Once the order is placed how long till I receive it? I see you are located in NJ do you have a store? Where are you located?

The operator is made of metal. When you go to checkout, you'll see some shipping options that you can choose based on your shipping needs. We are located in Pennsauken, NJ, but we are strictly E-commerce and do not have a store.
