Truth Hardware Awning Operator

Question

Hello, I am trying to find a replacement for a Truth hardware awning window operator. I have several photos of the operator, and I can confirm that the arms had the numbers 41010A close to the crank, and 31881 on one of the arms. The opening for the operator in the sill is about 4 5/6" or thereabouts. The issue is that we disposed of the operator, thinking we were going to replace the window, so I cannot provide further photos. Any guidance you can provide would be much appreciated!

Hello! Your operator reminds me of our 39-239B, but I admit it's tough to tell in its current condition. If you also don't have the part on hand as a point of reference, then you're going to have a hard time confirming whether our part is a match. There's a lot more that goes into it other than just the opening size

Basically, at this stage you are going to have to take a leap of faith. Review our specs for the 39-239B and decide whether you think it's worth taking a chance on. The final decision will have to be yours.
