Truth Hardware Casement Window Operator

Hello,

I'm looking for a replacement for the part pictured above. It is marked "Truth Hardware", "Entry Guard". Short arm has stamp 20810. The long arm is 10 1/2", and the short arm is 4 1/2". Would you have anything like it?
