Hello, I need a replacement lock for my windows. Google search said the brand was Truth Hardware. I no longer have the handle. I also attached a photo of what it looks like fully assembled. The screw hole is about 3/8 of an inch.

Thanks for your post. Your window locks appear to be a match for the 38-091 and 38-092 Multi-Point Sash Locks. To determine if these are the correct replacement, carefully look over the specifications and compare them.
You may also need the 38-278 Multi-Point Lock Support Plate and the 33-096 installation screw.
