Would like to know your Rear Mount Casement Lock, 2-1/2" 38-06 white would the exact replacement for the lock in the photo I have attached.

Hello! I agree, this lock looks like a dead ringer for our 38-036. As long as the hole spacing matches up then you should be good to go.

I should have mentioned that the spacing between the two mounting screw holes (center-to-center) of my lock was also 2 1/2" as well. Base on your confirmation, your " Rear Mount Casement Lock, 2-1/2 38-06 White" is a perfect replacement for my lock.
