I'm looking to replace this operator with something compatible where the handle folds flat rather than sticks out. Could you please recommend a compatible operator?

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 39-031 and 39-032 Entrygard operators to your assembly. If it's a match, then the 39-107FK folding handle and cover kit should work for you. Thanks for posting!
